Del Boca Villa Bali

I discovered the little town of Canggu in Bali a few years ago and found it to be incredible. A fine mix of local charm, whilst catering to visitor’s needs with international cuisine – not to mention the best coffee this side of Melbourne! Akin to the Seminyak of yesteryear, it was a little slice of relaxation, a whole world away from the mass tourism of today’s Bali. My choice of accommodation was enjoyed with a group of friends and gave us a chance to unwind, dissolve our stresses and take in the serenity of the exquisite, family owned five-star villa.

The villa consisted of 4 bedrooms and a large common room which could easily house up to ten people. The light and airy rooms looked out onto magnificent views of lush gardens and down to the pool, where the sight and fragrance of the many frangipani trees caught our attention at every turn.

Each Villa has a crew of staff on-hand, who catered for our every need and surpassed our expectations at every turn. From cooking, shopping and cleaning to masseuses, bike hire and restaurant reservations. We rarely saw them and yet they were always there and everything down to the last detail was always complete and perfect.

Family friendly and with wide open spaces in abundance. You might be longing for a lazy afternoon dangling your feet the enormous pool whilst you sip on a Mai Thai, or you might want to head down to the shore to ‘The Old Man’s Beach Bar’ for a cold Bintang. To entertain the little ones, the immediate area is perfect for gentle bicycle exploration. Alternatively, strap on their protective gear and let them loose on the in-house skate ramp! With a very reasonable tariff, especially when split between a party of friends or family, this place is an absolute must.
