How we work
Handcrafting memorable travel experiences takes time and expertise, and we appreciate how precious your holiday time is. That’s why it’s so important to ensure we’re the right fit from the start. During an initial phone consultation, we’ll discuss your preferences and expectations and outline our professional fee structure. Once we’re confident we’re the perfect match for your needs, we’ll arrange an appointment with a travel designer who has expert knowledge about your destination of choice.
The Design Process
Discovery Consultation: During your one-on-one, in-person consultation, our travel designer will spend time getting a better understanding of your vision, including timeframes, desired level of luxury and ‘wish list’ of destinations and experiences. With a greater understanding and outline of your travel plans, we can advise you of the deposit required to engage our time and expertise in designing your proposed itinerary.
Itinerary Design: Your travel designer will engage with our trusted suppliers to create your bespoke, fully inclusive itinerary. We love to collaborate and will keep you updated with suggestions and inspiration along the way – this is your journey after all! When you choose to confirm your arrangements, we’ll deduct the design deposit from your total balance.
Behind the scenes: After we’ve delivered an itinerary that perfectly captures your vision, we’ll still be working hard for you. We’ll take care of all the logistics, from booking your hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, trains and airline tickets, to confirming your daily activities, organising event tickets and securing you those one-of-a-kind experiences that inspires the soul. This is where our extensive industry connections and expertise really shines. Let us manage this, while you take care of the fun elements, such as planning your holiday outfits and making a wish list of restaurants to visit and sights to see.
‘Bon voyage’: We will meet with you before you head off to answer last-minute questions and make sure you have everything you need. Then it’s ‘bon voyage’ from us as your adventure unfolds. We’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
