Maldives Anantara Kihavah Resort – Snorkeling in colourful waters
Anantara Kihavah house reef can be reached right from the beach all around the island. The water was warm and crystal clear, so visibility was amazing. We went snorkeling every single day and loved every minute of it! It was so exciting to explore this under water world and swim amongst hundreds of fish right next to the drop off, which looks like it goes on forever. We spent hours just floating and admiring all of the colorful fish and coral. A few times we came across a small reef shark which shocked me at first, but they were more scarred of us luckily! Later in the evening the larger reef sharks come out and I was happy to have not seen them whilst in the water!
