The team at Emma Whiting Travel are always looking for motivated, experienced, customer focused, team players to join us in our Vision “To inspire and deliver the unique experiences the world has to offer, to the travellers that seek them.”

We know our people are our greatest resource, and we value and care for them. Talented, dedicated and passionate, our team members are integral to the success of the business.

If you have a positive attitude, strong people skills, pride in offering exceptional customer service and are self-motivated then this could be your environment to thrive.

What do we do?

Supported by uncompromising processes that ensure accuracy, our team of experienced travel designers endeavour to craft uniquely, authentic travel experiences.  As the perfect experience is different for everyone, we take the time to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, work with our travel partners to find the most suitable offerings and deliver a fully inclusive tailor-made itinerary.

Who are we looking for?

We are passionate about all things travel, and we are looking for those who demonstrate the 5 P’s –

Why Work For Us?

Yes, like other travel agencies we offer access to fantastic educationals, travel agent discounts, competitive salary and incentives, a focus on learning and development, a great team environment with team initiatives and access to attend trade shows and exclusive supplier events. We also offer different employment models to meet the requirements of our team members, from full time employment to work from home contractors and other options in between.

We have a dedicated support team that underpins our day to day operations. This enables us to offer our clients similar benefits they receive from larger organisations whilst dealing with a personalised boutique business. Such benefits include, airfare and product support, after hours assistance, and marketing.

As a business we believe it’s important to be socially responsible and pride ourselves in giving back to the people and places we visit, including supporting local organisations that share our values. Currently we support the Yatra Foundation, who provide disadvantaged children in India the opportunity to access education, Women For Women In Africa, who sponsor the empowerment and education of Kibera’s (Nairobi, Kenya) women and children, and the Victoria Women’s Trust, an independent advocate for women and girls who have been promoting true gender equality since 1985 through annual grants, targeted research, education, policy submissions, events and more.

Specialist areas – for those passionate about niche styles of travel or destinations, we target our marketing and help develop these areas to create new challenges and keep the passion alive.

Diverse clientele – we are travel designers not processors; we work with our clients to tailor make their itineraries and no two are the same. This makes the role exciting and doesn’t become boring.

Are you working from home and looking to return to a supportive travel agency environment? Our research states that a lot of agents working from home enjoy the flexibility but miss the team environment, information sharing, access to products, incentives and travel perks, especially those working in larger organisations. Have a chat to us, we could have a solution for you.

So, if you like the sound of what we do and what we can offer, and you have the following attributes:

We’d love to hear from you!

‘I started working at Emma Whiting Travel over 8 years ago, straight after completing my travel course. Since beginning in administration, I have been able to progress through a range of roles including consulting, training, office coordinator, marketing, and  was promoted to Assistant Manager. None of this would have been possible without the amazing training and dedication to staff development that Emma Whiting Travel and Cruise provides. I am so grateful to work for a company that really believes in continued learning and empowering their team members to reach their potential.’  – Mahalia Steve – Assistant Manager
