As a young child with a curious mind studying the atlas for hours, I knew that travel was my passion. After almost 30 years in the industry, I have been fortunate to have seen the midnight sun in Norway, the migration of the wildebeest in Tanzania, and more recently discovering my love of cruising the waters of the world.
My first overseas trip was to visit family in Sicily. I was only ten years old and what an experience. To see and hear about all the history, meeting new family and friends, and tasting such great food, it was incredible. It was all so new and different which made it so exciting. That’s when I realised what an amazing world we live in and that I must see as much as I can. For me, I travel to explore a new destination and to experience a new culture. I love meeting people from diverse backgrounds, tasting new foods and being exposed to different customs and ways of life.

Being born in Yosemite National Park enabled the travel bug to bite Papritz at birth. His thought-provoking spin on the purpose of travel has greatly influenced me. I may never see it all, but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t try.
