Meet Our Travel Advisors

Emma Whiting
OWNER DIRECTOR
In 1976 - my passion for travel began during a three-month family journey through the UK and Europe. I was quite young to remember all the details, but the stories shared have kept the memories vivid. Revisiting these places over the years has only fuelled my desire to explore even more of the world.
Spending my days planning and organising travel journeys never feels like work. The real joy comes from hearing clients’ stories and knowing I’ve helped create memories they’ll treasure forever.

TRAVEL ADVISOR
From a young age, I never needed to be asked twice - ”Would you like to go?” - I was already packing! Almost every weekend, we hiked through the breathtaking Julian Alps of Slovenia, sometimes venturing into Italy or Austria. For me, it didn’t matter where - we could be anywhere, as long as I was moving, exploring and discovering.
It’s no surprise that travel became more than just a passion; it became my career. I’ve travelled extensively across Europe, and since moving to Australia, my adventures have taken me to even more corners of this incredible planet. The journey is far from over!

Cath McDiarmid
TRAVEL ADVISOR
I’ve been designing travel experiences for over 24 years, but my love for it started long before it became a career. Growing up, most of our family holidays meant piling into the car and heading for the beach in NSW - simple, sun-soaked adventures that still hold a special place in my heart. My first overseas trip came in my early teens when we went to Hawaii… and I just fell in love with it. The colour, the culture, the feeling of being somewhere completely different - it felt so exotic and beautiful, and it sparked a passion that’s never faded.
Since then, I’ve been fortunate to explore the world extensively, though South East Asia continues to call me back. The people, the food, the rhythm of life there are endlessly captivating, and it’s a part of the world I feel deeply connected to - one I love sharing with my clients.

Jacqueline Leemann
BUSINESS OPERATIONS SUPPORT & APARTMENT BAUDELAIRE MANAGER
My passion for travel began as a young child on trips to Europe to visit family. Now, after 20 years in the travel industry, I know I’ve chosen one of the most fulfilling and rewarding careers imaginable. Some of my favourite experiences include visiting an orangutan sanctuary in Borneo, exploring Palmyra in Syria, uncovering the best of the UK, and embracing “island time” in Caye Caulker, Belize.

Jay Harrison
TRAVEL ADVISOR
A hunger for adventure is one of the best gifts I inherited from my parents, and travel has always been the ultimate way to satisfy it. It all began with a family trip to Ireland when I was a “little lad” in kindergarten, and since then my passion for sharing the joy of travel has only grown.
Forming relationships with clients - you! - and turning travel dreams into reality is one of the most rewarding ways I could spend my days.

Jedda Doidge
TRAVEL ADVISOR
For the past 13 years, I’ve been designing dream holidays to some of the world’s most spectacular destinations. Some of my personal favourites include countless itineraries across the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, Africa, and South America - regions that never fail to inspire me.
This industry has also given me the gift of my own unforgettable travels, taking me to places I never imagined I’d be lucky enough to see. Some of my highlights so far? Exploring Kenya on a small group tour, wandering through Peru, cruising the Mediterranean, and snorkelling in the Maldives. Each journey deepens my love for travel - and my passion for creating those kinds of experiences for others.

Karla Bett
TRAVEL ADVISOR
Growing up, my family ran a coach touring business, so I was “on tour” from a very young age. Those early years travelling extensively around Australia in the 70s and 80s sparked my passion for exploring, and it felt only natural to take that curiosity further out into the world.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have built a lifelong career in an industry that has never really felt like work. From designing itineraries to escorting groups and swapping travel stories with colleagues and clients, every day reminds me why I love what I do.

Kelli Fisher
TRAVEL ADVISOR
After more than 30 years in the industry, my love of travel has never slowed. From the culture and cuisine of Europe to overland adventures in Africa, each journey feels as exciting as the first. Recent highlights include a walking trip through Tasmania and a family fly-drive across the beautiful South Island of New Zealand - reminders that there’s always somewhere new to explore.
I especially love helping first-time travellers and families plan their holidays, guiding them through every step so they can focus on the joy of the experience.

TRAVEL ADVISOR
I fell into travel more than 20 years ago while living in the UK - and I’ve never looked back. What I love most is everything travel brings with it: the culture, the history, the new experiences, the differences… but above all, the people you meet along the way.
For me, the greatest joy of being a Travel Advisor is sharing that world with our clients - helping them discover the same magic that made me fall in love with travel in the first place.

Santo Montalto
TRAVEL ADVISOR
As a young child with a curious mind, I could spend hours studying the atlas and dreaming of where those pages might take me. I knew, even then, that travel would be my passion.
Almost 30 years on in the industry, I’ve been fortunate to witness some of the world’s most extraordinary moments - from the midnight sun glowing over Norway, to the great migration of wildebeest across the plains of Tanzania. More recently, I’ve discovered my love of cruising, exploring the world by water and finding new perspectives with every journey.
