What To Do in an Emergency or Urgent Situation

If something unexpected happens that may affect your travel - whether before you depart or after your journey has begun - your travel insurance provider is your first port of call. They have specialist teams available 24/7 and will advise on the best course of action under your policy.

Important: Contacting your insurer first can help you avoid out-of-pocket expenses for changes that may otherwise be covered. Have your policy details ready, and save their contact information offline before departure so it’s easily accessible if needed.
